يدون الاتفاق الذى تسفر عنه المفاوضة فى اتفاقية جماعية طبقا للشروط والقواعد الخاصة باتفاقيات العمل الجماعية الواردة فى هذا القانون .
فإذا لم تسفر المفاوضة عن اتفاق ، كان لأى من الطرفين أن يلجأ إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة لمحاولة التوفيق بينهما ومساعدتهما للوصول إلى اتفاق .
