اتفاقية العمل الجماعية هى اتفاق ينظم شروط وظروف العمل وأحكام التشغيل ، ويبرم بين منظمة أو أكثر من المنظمات النقابية العمالية وبين صاحب عمل أو مجموعة من أصحاب الأعمال أو منظمة أو أكثر من منظماتهم .
