لصاحب العمل أن ينهى عقد العمل ولو كان محدد المدة أو مبرما
لإنجاز عمل معين إذا حكم على العامل نهائيا بعقوبة جناية أو بعقوبة مقيدة للحرية
فى جريمة ماسة بالشرف أو الأمانة أو الآداب العامة ، وذلك ما لم تأمر المحكمة
بوقف تنفيذ العقوبة .
