للعاملة أن تنهى عقد العمل سواء كان محدد المدة أو غير محدد
المدة بسبب زواجها أو حملها أو إنجابها دون أن يؤثر ذلك على الحقوق المقررة لها
وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون أو لأحكام قانون التأمين الاجتماعى .
وعلى العاملة التى ترغب فى إنهاء العقد للأسباب المبينة فى الفقرة السابقة أن
تخطر صاحب العمل كتابة برغبتها فى ذلك خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إبرام
عقد الزواج أو ثبوت الحمل أو من تاريخ الوضع بحسب الأحوال .
