يعاقب بالحبس مدة لاتجاوز سنة وبغرامة لاتقل عن مائتى جنيه ولاتجاوز
ألفى جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة (٣٣)
والمادة (٣٧) من هذا القانون .
