تتكون موارد الصندوق مما يأتى :
( أ ) المبالغ المدرجة بالموازنة العامة للدولة لدعم الصندوق .
(ب) الغرامات ومقابل التصالح عن الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
( ج) عوائد استثمار أموال الصندوق والعقارات التى تخصص له أو تؤول إليه .
( د) الهبات والإعانات والتبرعات والوصايا التى يقرر مجلس إدارة الصندوق
قبولها ، وتعفى هذه الهبات والإعانات والتبرعات والوصايا من جميع
أنواع الضرائب .
