Article 144 bis (b) of the Child Law

مجلس إدارة الصندوق هو الجهة المهيمنة على شئونه ، وله على وجه الخصوص
ما يأتى :
١ - اتخاذ ما يلزم لتنمية موارد الصندوق .
٢ - إنشاء دور إيواء ومدارس ومستشفيات خاصة بالطفل .
٣ - إقامة مشروعات خدمية وإنتاجية وحفلات وأسواق خيرية ومعارض ومباريات
رياضية لتحقيق أهداف المجلس القومى للطفولة والأمومة ، وذلك بعد الحصول على
التصريح من الجهات المعنية .
٤ - توزيع إعانات على الجهات المهتمة بالطفولة والأمومة .
٥ - القيام بأى عمل من شأنه دعم حقوق الطفل .
