إذا خالف الطفل حكم التدبير المفروض عليه بمقتضى إحدى
المواد (١٠٤) و(١٠٥) و(١٠٦) من هذا القانون فللمحكمة أن تأمر بعد سماع أقواله
بإطالة مدة التدبير بما لايجاوز نصف الحد الأقصى المقرر بالمواد المشار إليها أو أن تستبدل
به تدبيرا آخر يتفق مع حالته .
