فيما عدا تدبير التوبيخ يتولى المراقب الاجتماعى الإشراف على تنفيذ
التدابير المنصوص عليها فى المواد من (١٠١) إلى (١٠٤) من هذا القانون وملاحظة
المحكوم عليه بها وتقديم التوجيهات له وللقائمين على تربيته ، وعليه أن يرفع
إلى محكمة الأحداث تقارير دورية عن الطفل الذى يتولى أمره والإشراف عليه
وعلى المسئول عن الطفل إخبار المراقب الاجتماعى فى حالة موت الطفل أو مرضه
أو تغيير سكنه أو غيابه دون إذن ، وكذلك عن كل طارئ آخر يطرأ عليه
