Article 137 of the Child Law

للمحكمة فيما عدا التدبير المنصوص عليه فى المادة (١٠٢) من هذا
القانون أن تأمر بعد اطلاعها على التقارير المقدمة إليها أو بناء على طلب النيابة العامة
أو الطفل أو من له الولاية أو الوصاية عليه أو من سلم إليه، بإنهاء التدبير أو بتعديل
نظامه أو بإبداله ، مع مراعاة حكم المادة (١١٠) من هذا القانون ، وإذا رفض هذا الطلب
فلا يجوز تجديده إلا بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ رفضه ، ويكون الحكم
الصادر فى هذا الشأن غير قابل للطعن .
