ينتهى التدبير حتما ببلوغ المحكوم عليه الحادية والعشرين ، ومع ذلك
يجوز للمحكمة فى مواد الجنايات بناء على طلب النيابة العامة وبعد أخذ رأى المراقب
الاجتماعى الحكم بوضع المحكوم عليه تحت الاختبار القضائى ، وذلك لمدة لاتزيد
على سنتين ، وإذا كانت حالة المحكوم بإيداعه أحد المستشفيات المتخصصة تستدعى
استمرار علاجه نقل إلى أحد المستشفيات التى تناسب حالته وفقا لما نصت عليه
المادة (١٠٨) من هذا القانون .
