إذا ارتكب الطفل الذى لم تبلغ سنه خمس عشرة سنة جريمتين أو أكثر
وجب الحكم بتدبير واحد مناسب ، ويتبع ذلك إذا ظهر بعد الحكم بالتدبير أن الطفل ارتكب
جريمة أخرى سابقة أو لاحقة على ذلك الحكم .
