يلحق المحكوم بإيداعه أحد المستشفيات المتخصصة ، بالجهات
التى يلقى فيها العناية التى تدعو إليها حالته
وتتولى المحكمة الرقابة على بقائه تحت العلاج فى فترات دورية لايجوز أن تزيد أى
فترة منها على سنة يعرض عليها خلالها تقارير الأطباء ، وتقرر إخلاء سبيله إذا تبين لها
أن حالته تسمح بذلك ، وإذا بلغ الطفل سن الحادية والعشرين وكانت حالته تستدعى
استمرار علاجه نقل إلى أحد المستشفيات المخصصة لعلاج الكبار .
