للولي أن يأذن للقاصر الذي بلغ الثامنة عشرة في تسليم اموالة كلها أو بعضها لادارتها ويكون ذلك بإشهاد لدي الموثق وله ان يسحب هذا الاذن أو يجدمنه بإشهاد اخر مع مراعة حكم المادة 1027 من قانون المرافعات .
