يجوز للمحكمة بعد سماع أقوال الوصي أن تأذن للقاصر الذي بلغ الثامنة عشرة في تسلم اموالة كلها أو بعضها لادارتها واذا رفضت المحكمة الاذن فلا يجوز تجديد طلبة قبل مضي ينة من تاريخ صدور القرار النهائي بالرفض .
