يكون قابلا للابطال كل تعهد أو مخالصة تصدر لمصلحة الوصي ممن كان في وصايتة وبلغ سن الرشد اذا صدرت المخالصة أو التعهد خلال سنة من تاريخ تقديم الحساب المشار إلية في المادة 45 .
