علي الوصي خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لانتهاء الوصاية أن تسلم الاموال التي في عهدتة بمحضر إلي القاصرمن بلغ من الرشد أو إلي ورثتة أو إلي الولي أو الوصي أو الوصي المؤقت علي حسب الحوال وعلية أن يودع قلم الكتاب في الميعاد المذكور صورة من الحساب ومحضر تسليم الاموال .
ماد 51 :
إذا مات الوصي أو حجر علية أة عتبر غائبا التزم ورثتة أو من ينوب عنه علي حسب الاحوال تسلم اموال القاصر وتقدم الحاسب .
