بحكم بعزل الوصي في الحالات الاتية .
1- إذا قام به سبب من أسباب عدم الصلاحية للوصية وفقاللمادة 27 ولو كان هذا السبب قاما وقت تعينة .
2- إذا اساء الادارة أو اهمل فيها اساء الادارة أو اهمل فيها أو اصبح في بقائة خطر علي مصلحة القاصر .
