تحدد بقرار من وزير التجارة رسوم فحص الصادرات والواردات بما لا يجاوز :
٢٥٠ مليما عن فحص الرسالة وذلك عن كل عبوة أو كيلو جرام فى الرسالة .
جنيهان عن فحص الرسالة فى غير مواعيد العمل الرسمية .
جنيه واحد رسم استخراج شهادة نتيجة الفحص أو المراجعة أو شهادة المنشأ أو صورة منها أو بدل فاقد .
٥ جنيهات تأمين نقدى عند التظلم من نتيجة الفحص أو المراجعة وطلب التحكم ويرد فى حالة قبول الرسالة بحالتها
