للهيئة حق قبول التنازل من قبل الهيئات والأفراد عن ملكية عقاراتهم التاريخية عن طريق الهبة أو البيع بثمن رمزى أو الوضع تحت تصرف الهيئة لأجل لا يقل عن خمسين سنة ، متى كانت للدولة مصلحة قومية فى ذلك .
