جميع الدعاوى التأديبية المنظورة أمام مجالس التأديب
والتى أصبحت بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون من اختصاص المحاكم التأديبية
[غير مقروء] بالحالة التى هى عليها إلى المحكمة التأديبية المختصة .
ويخطر ذوو الشأن بقرار الإحالة .
ويظل مجلس التأديب العالى مختصا بالفصل فى القضايا التى استؤنفت
أمامه قبل العمل بهذا القانون .
