إذا أسفر التحقيق عن وجود جريمة جنائية أحالت
النيابة الادارية الأوراق إلى النيابة العامة وتتولى النيابة العامة التصرف
فى التحقيق ، واستيفاءه إذا تراءى لها ذلك ، على أن يتم ذلك على وجه
السرعة .
