يعفى من المسئولية الجنائية والتضامن فى أداء الجزاءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة من أبلغ مصلحة الضرائب ممن لا يقع عليهم عبء الضريبة عن وقوع المخالفة فى مدى ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ وقوعها .
