علاوة على العقوبات الأخرى المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون يحكم القاضى على كل من اشتركوا فى الجريمة بأداء المبالغ الآتية بالتضامن فيما بينهم .
( أ ) قيمة الضرائب المستحقة والتى لم تسدد .
(ب) تعويض للخزانة العامة لا يقل عن خمسة أمثال الضرائب غير المؤداة ولا يزيد على عشرة أمثالها .
