على كل من الجمعيات التعاونية الإنتاجية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القانون أن تعيد شهر نظامها طبقا لأحكام القانون المرافق وذلك خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل به وإلا وجب حلها بقرار من الوزير المختص .
ويجوز للوزير مد هذه المهلة لمدة أخرى واحدة .
