يكون لمندوبى الاتحاد التعاونى ولمندوبى الحجز والتحصيل والعاملين بالجهة الإدارية المختصة الذين يتولون أعمال الرقابة أو التفتيش الذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من وزير العدل بناء على ترشيح رئيس الجهة الإدارية المختصة من بين العاملين الذين لا تقل فئاتهم عن الفئة (مستوى ٤٢٠ - ٧٨٠ جنيه سنويا) صفة الضبط القضائى فى ممارستهم لأعمالهم .
