ترفع الطعون المتعلقة بالقرارات المشار إليها فى المادة (٨٩) والصادرة فى شأن الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى والجمعيات التعاونية العامة مباشرة إلى محكمة القضاء الإدارى .
كما يجوز الطعن أمام هذه المحكمة فى القرارات الصادرة من اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٩٣) خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدور القرار .
