Article 89 of the Productive Cooperation Law

تنشر حسابات التصفية فى الجريدة الرسمية ويجوز لكل ذى شأن الطعن فى هذه الحسابات خلال الستين يوما التالية للنشر أمام المحكمة الابتدائية التى يقع فى دائرتها مقر عمل الجمعية وتضم جميع الطعون ليصدر فيها حكم واحد يكون حجة على جميع الدائنين وينشر ملخص هذا الحكم فى الجريدة الرسمية .
ويسقط الحق فى مقاضاة أعضاء مجلس إدارة الجمعية بسبب أعمالهم كما يسقط الحق فى إقامة دعوى الاتحاد التعاونى المركزى بانقضاء سنة من تاريخ نشر حساب التصفية أو نشر ملخص الحكم النهائى .
