يتولى الاتحاد التعاونى المركزى الصرف على أعمال التصفية من أمواله الخاصة وذلك فى حالة عدم كفاية أموال الجمعيات التى انقضت أو حلت ولا يلتزم قبل دائنيها إلا فى حدود ناتج التصفية ، ويوزع هذا الناتج بعد استنزال مصروفات التصفية على هؤلاء الدائنين قسمة الغرماء .
