يقوم المصفى بإعداد مركز مالى مؤقت للتصفية فى حالة تأخر الانتهاء من أعمال التصفية واستخراج الحسابات الختامية بسبب وجود منازعات جدية ، وعلى المصفى أن يؤدى إلى الأعضاء قيمة أسهمهم كلها أو بعضها فى ضوء ما يسمح به المركز المالى وذلك بعد احتجاز المبالغ اللازمة لمقابلة التزامات الجمعية قبل الغير .
