يجوز بقرار مسبب من الوزير المختص بعد أخذ رأى الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى حل الجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية فى أحد الأحوال الآتية :
١ - إذا طرأت ظروف تحول دون استمرارها فى مباشرة نشاطها بانتظام .
٢ - ضياع رأس المال كله أو بعضه ، أو تحقق الخسارة الحتمية من الاستمرار فى النشاط .
٣ - عدم اجتماع الجمعية العمومية رغم تكرار دعوتها إلى الانعقاد مرتين على الأقل .
