يصدر قرار مسبب من الوزير المختص بناء على اقتراح الاتحاد التعاونى الانتاجى المركزى بانقضاء الجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية فى أحد الأحوال الآتية :
(ا) إذا نقص عدد أعضائها عن الحد اللازم قانونا لتأسيسها .
(ب) إذا اندمجت فى جمعية أخرى أو انقسمت إلى أكثر من جمعية .
(ج) إذا أتمت الأعمال التى أنشئت من أجل القيام بها .
