يعين فى قرار الحل مجلس إدارة مؤقت من خمسة من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية الذين تتوافر فيهم شروط الترشيح لعضوية مجلس الإدارة من بين من يرشحهم الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى .
ولا يجوز أن تزيد مدة المجلس المؤقت على سنة قابلة للتجديد مرة واحدة ولا يجوز أن يكون من بين أعضاء المجلس المؤقت أحد العاملين بالجهة الإدارية المختصة .
