يجوز بقرار من مجلس إدارة الجمعية قبول الهبات والوصايا التى لا تتعارض مع أغراضها .
ويجوز للواهب أو الموصى أن يشترط تخصيص الهبة أو الوصية لأداء خدمة معينة من الخدمات الاجتماعية أو الثقافية التى تباشرها الجمعية .
وفى جميع الأحوال لا يجوز قبول الهبات أو الوصايا من أية جهة أجنبية قبل موافقة الجهة الإدارية المختصة .
