يختص مجلس إدارة الجمعية بتعيين العاملين اللازمين لها بمراعاة نشاطها وظروفها وموازنتها .
ويجوز أن يعين المجلس مديرا للجمعية تكون له الرئاسة على العاملين فى الجهاز التنفيذى لها .
ويتولى مجلس الإدارة الإشراف والرقابة على كافة العاملين فى الجمعية وذلك كله طبقا للقواعد الواردة فى اللوائح التى تعتمدها الجمعية العمومية .
