أعضاء مجلس إدارة الجمعية مسئولون مع مديرها ، بالتضامن فيما بينهم عن أية التزامات أو تعويضات تترتب فى ذمة الجمعية وعن أية خسائر تلحقها نتيجة إدارتهم لها بالمخالفة للقوانين أو اللوائح أو لنظام الجمعية أو لوائحها الداخلية أو لخطتها السنوية أو لقرارات الجمعية العمومية .
