على رئيس مجلس الإدارة إبلاغ الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى والجهة الإدارية المختصة بكل تغيير يطرأ على تشكيل مجلس الإدارة أو على أعضائه على أن يشمل التبليغ أسماء الأشخاص الذين شملهم التغيير ومجال تخصص كل منهم وصفاتهم بالمجلس .
