تعقد الجمعية العمومية اجتماعاتها بمقر الجمعية .
ويجوز أن يعقد الاجتماع فى مكان آخر بعد موافقة الجهة الإدارية المختصة .
كما يجوز أن تنظم طريقة ومكان اجتماع الجمعية العمومية للجمعيات التى تشمل منطقة عملها محافظة أو أكثر أو يزيد عدد أعضائها على خمسمائة عضو بقرار من الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى .
