توجيه الدعوة للاجتماع العادى للجمعية العمومية موضحا بها جدول الأعمال وموعد ومكان الاجتماع قبل الموعد المحدد لانعقادها بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل .
ويجوز أن توجه الدعوة للاجتماع غير العادى للجمعية العمومية على النحو السابق قبل الموعد المحدد لانعقادها بسبعة أيام على الأقل .
وتبلغ الدعوة لانعقاد الجمعية العمومية إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة والاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى فى ذات تاريخ إبلاغ الدعوة لأعضاء الجمعية .
