تنعقد الجمعية العمومية انعقادا عاديا بدعوة من مجلس إدارة الجمعية التعاونية ويجب على المجلس دعوة الجمعية العمومية للانعقاد سنويا خلال الأربعة الأشهر التالية لانقضاء السنة المالية إلا إذا وافقت الجهة الإدارية المختصة على ميعاد آخر لانعقاد الجمعية بسبب ظروف استثنائية تبرر ذلك .
