يجوز للمحكمة من تلقاء ذاتها أو بناء على تقرير من قاضى الصلح أن تأمر فى الحكم بقفل إجراءات الصلح بصرف مكافأة إجمالية للرقيب إذا كان من الدائنين وتبين أنه بذل فى عمله جهدا غير عادى وكانت حالة المدين المالية تسمح بذلك .
