يقدر قاضى الصلح أجر كل من أمين الصلح والرقيب إذا كانا من غير الدائنين ، ويودع قرار القاضى فى هذا الشأن قلم كتاب المحكمة فى اليوم التالى لصدوره ، ويجوز لكل ذى مصلحة الاعتراض على القرار أمام المحكمة خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ الإيداع ، ويكون الحكم الصادر فى الاعتراض نهائيا .
