يجوز الطعن على قرارات قاضى الصلح بصحيفة تودع قلم كتاب المحكمة ، خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ إيداع القرار ، وتعلن لذوى الشأن ، وتنظره المحكمة فى أول جلسة على ألا يشترك قاضى الصلح فى نظر الطعن ، ويكون الحكم الصادر فيه نهائيا .
