يعين أمين الصلح من بين الأشخاص أو الشركات أصحاب الخبرة فى مجال التحليل المالى المقيدين بجدول أمناء الصلح من بين خبراء إدارة الإفلاس .
ويدون أمين الصلح يوميا جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالصلح فى دفتر خاص يضع قاضى الصلح توقيعه أو ختمه عليه ، ولأطراف الصلح الاطلاع عليه .

يعين أمين الصلح من بين الأشخاص أو الشركات المرخص لهم فى مزاولة مهنة أمين التفليسة ، ويدون أمين الصلح يوما بيوم جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالصلح فى دفتر خاص يضع قاضى الصلح توقيعه أو ختمه عليه ويؤشر بنهاية الدفتر بما يفيد انتهاءه ، ويجوز للمحكمة وأطراف الصلح الاطلاع عليه .
