يترتب على الطعن وقف تنفيذ القرار حتى تفصل المحكمة فى أمره، ما لم تأمر باستمرار تنفيذه .
وإذا رفضت المحكمة الطعن تحكم على الطاعن بغرامة لاتجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه ، إذا تبين لها أنها تعمد تعطيل تنفيذ قرار قاضى الصلح .
