تستنزل من المبالغ الناتجة عن بيع أموال المفلس الرسوم ومصاريف إدارة التفليسة
والديون المستحقة على التفليسة والإعانات المقررة للمفلس ولمن يعولهم ، والمبالغ المستحقة
للدائنين الممتازين ، ويوزع الباقى بين الدائنين بنسبة ديونهم المحققة قسمة غرماء .
وتجنب حصة الديون المتنازع فيها والديون التى قبلت مؤقتا وتحفظ حتى يتم الفصل فيها .
