يودع أمين التفليسة أو أمين اتحاد الدائنين بحسب الأحوال المبالغ الناتجة عن بيع أموال
المفلس خزينة المحكمة أو بنكا يعينه قاضى التفليسة وذلك فى يوم العمل التالى للتحصيل
على الأكثر ، ويلزم بتعويض يقدره قاضى التفليسة إذا تأخر فى الإيداع ، وعليه أن يقدم
إلى قاضى التفليسة بيانا بالمبالغ المذكورة خلال أسبوع من تاريخ الإيداع . ولا يجوز سحب
تلك المبالغ أو غيرها مما يودعه الغير حساب التفليسة إلا بأمر من قاضى التفليسة .
