فى حالة بيع العقار المملوك على الشيوع لعدم إمكان القسمة بغير ضرر يجرى بيعه
بذات الطرق الواردة بهذا الباب ، على أن تشتمل قائمة شروط البيع فضلا عن البيانات
المذكورة فى المادة ( ٢١٨ ) من هذا القانون على بيان جميع الشركاء وموطن كل منهم .
ويعلن أمين اتحاد الدائنين جميع الشركاء بإيداع قائمة شروط البيع ، ويكون لهم إبداء
ما لديهم من اعتراضات وملاحظات على شروط البيع بطريق الاعتراض على القائمة .
