فى حالة وجود عقار للمدين المفلس بموجب عقد أو قرار تخصيص يتم اتخاذ إجراءات
البيع أو التنازل عن حق التخصيص وفقا لأحكام وإجراءات بيع المنقولات والعقارات غير
المسجلة الواردة فى هذا الباب . ويخطر أمين الاتحاد الجهة المانحة بقرار قاضى التفليسة
بمباشرة إجراءات البيع للوقوف على الشروط الخاصة بالتنازل عن حق التخصيص وإدراجها
بقائمة شروط البيع ، وعلى أمين اتحاد الدائنين اتخاذ إجراءات نقل التخصيص للراسى
عليه المزاد بالجهة المانحة .
