استثناء من نص المادة (٢١٣) من هذا القانون ، إذا وافق الدائنون على ندب لجنة إعادة الهيكلة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (١٩١) من هذا القانون ، لا يجوز للدائنين المرتهنين التصرف فى العقارات أو المنقولات التى يقع عليها رهنهم ، وتودع اللجنة تقريرها خلال مدة ستين يوما من تاريخ ندبها ، ويجوز لقاضى التفليسة مدها لمدة مماثلة .
